Exploring entrepreneurs’ motivations, objectives, and decisions enables us to evaluate the roles of innovation, calculated risk-taking, and leadership, including the challenges of moving from founder to leader.
scheduleWhy now? Towards the end of Year 12, we can bring together customer, marketing, people, and financial considerations when evaluating entrepreneurs’ choices. This consolidates the business functions already studied and prepares us to examine objectives, strategy, and growth in Year 13.
