Component One - Sustained Project
infoWhy this? This component enables purposeful research into relevant photographers, photographic movements and contexts, informing students’ ideas and demonstrating understanding of influence. It also provides opportunities to investigate the formal elements and a range of photographic materials and processes, allowing students to explore surface, texture and mark-making qualities through both traditional and digital photographic methods (e.g., camera control, lighting, composition, collage, mixed media with photographic imagery, digital editing and manipulation).
