NEA 2 - Food Preparation Task
infoWhy this? Students will plan, prepare, cook and present a 3 course menu. This task will provide students with an opportunity to cook up a storm and showcase their creativity and cooking skills to suit a selected cuisine or dietary need.
scheduleWhy now? NEA 2 is an externally set assignment, which enables students to use knowledge from the food safety, nutrition and food choice units. Students will research, plan, cook and analyse a three course meal.
